The MS 201 TC-M is STIHL’s most powerful top-handle chainsaw. Comes as standard with M-Tronic and 2-MIX technology, providing optimum engine performance from the start. The captive nut on the sprocket cover allows for quick changing of the chain.
The lightweight guide bar reduces the overall weight and keeps the saw perfectly balanced. Featuring our innovative STIHL anti-vibration system, the saw is comfortable to use over longer periods. Top-handle saws are specially designed for working in an aerial environment and can only be used by trained professionals.
The MS 201 TC-M top-handle chainsaw is available in various bar lengths and is ideal for all the tasks an arborist faces on a daily basis.

Top handle chainsaws are specified for professional arborists or operators who can prove competence by way of certification from an approved educational body.
Occasions arise whereby warranty periods may be extended / shortened, due to promotional campaigns. Correspondence detailing these changes will be released before the promotion’s active date.
STIHL connected professional warranty extension
Extension of professional warranty by 1 year when purchased with selected professional petrol tools and AP System battery tools with a STIHL Smart Connector or Smart Connector 2 A. MotoMix® fuel domestic warranty extension
Extension of Domestic warranty from 2 to 3 years when purchased with 5 litres of MotoMix®. Domestic customers can now extend warranty cover of selected machines, when purchased along with 5 litres of MotoMix®. The extension must be registered at point of sale by the STIHL Approved Dealer. The iMOW® will receive security updates for at least 24 months after purchase.
ADVANCE ProCOM will receive security updates for at least 36 months after purchase.
