Breatheflex Hi-Vis Orange Trousers – Type C – Class 2
Description
Breatheflex chainsaw trousers have been designed with arborists and foresters in mind. Lightweight, comfortable, and breathable as possible, while retaining good abrasion resistance, are the most important points. The Breatheflex Hi-Vis Trousers are rated to EN ISO 20471, RIS – 3279-TOM.
Everything comes down to the weight and performance of the trousers with high tenacity polymer and Kevlar®. The trousers’ outer shell is made from Climasphere breathable fabrics, which are also highly abrasion and snag-resistant (a must for tree climbers), and the six-way stretch feature makes for the most comfortable forestry chainsaw trousers on the market. The crotch is made with Kevlar® to eliminate ripping and incredibly stretchy fabric that allows for the ultimate amount of movement and flexibility in the tree.

- Our warranty covers all specified items (please below for more infomation) from the point of purchase. This warranty covers faults and defects outside of normal wear and tear, and does not cover misuse, accident, modification, or unauthorised repair. Please note: our warranty does not cover anything resulting as a product of natural wear, or, in the case they have been damaged whilst fulfilling their purpose, e.g. blocking a chainsaw.
- The warranty covers parts such as, stitching, zips, metalwork, and soles.
- Our warranty does not cover second-hand products, embossed or personalised products.
- Issues brought to our attention within 30 days of receipt will be applicable for a refund, exchange or repair at the customers discretion.
- Flexion Global Ltd t/a Arbortec Forestwear reserves the right to offer a repair or replacement at its discretion for items over the 30day period up to the listed warranty period of the item.
- In the unlikely event that a product fails during the warranty period, including all stitching, zips, metalwork, handles or soles, you can return it to us for repair, or in the event that it is unrepairable, a replacement will be provided, so long as the products have been fairly treated for the period.
- Products replaced or repaired under the warranty are only covered for the remainder of the warranty period of the original product.

Pre-Treatment
WARNING! Cleaning which doesn’t follow the care instructions in the garment may reduce protection.
1. Pre-treat stains and excess dirt before putting your garments into a washing machine:
To remove tree sap – apply alcohol/hand sanitiser to a damp cloth and dab until removed
To remove machinery oil – apply washing liquid to a damp cloth and dab until removed
To remove dirt or mud – soak your garment in detergent for a pre-soak
To remove a small amount of blood – enzymes in human spit can be used to remove this. Simply spit on the stain, rub for 30 seconds, and then add hand soap or dish soap and rinse with cold water.
To remove grass stains – mix one part water and one part vinegar and scrub on until stains are removed
2. Empty all pockets of the garments
3. Zip up all zips (as open zips can be damaged in the wash)
Washing
The main fabric is made up from a blend of elastane and other fibres depending on the colour/fabric type.
If you use your trousers everyday, we recommend washing your garments at least once a week, to maintain their breathability.
1. Use the Nikwax Techwasg. Easy and safe to use, it is designed to efficiently remove dirt and traces of detergent whilst reviving water repellence and optimising the performance of waterproof gear
2. Please be aware that elastane will shrink if exposed to heat, go green wash at 30° with a mild detergent. Ensure you do not use a chlorine bleach
Drying
1. Dry your garment out of direct sunlight, this will ensure it does not bleach the fabric
2. Do not tumble dry, as this can damage the inner chainsaw clogging fabric
3. Re-shape whilst damp
4. Dry your garments on a flat surface
5. Do not iron
